We check the agreed functionality, prepare the handoff, and request final approval. After final payment, your website launches into accounts you control.

Two consolidated feedback rounds
Our standard scope includes one round on the copy and design direction and one on the working website. The proposal confirms the exact arrangement before work begins.
One decision-maker, one complete list
Choose one person to combine your stakeholders’ feedback. Each review window normally allows five business days. Late feedback moves the schedule, and silence is never treated as approval.
Corrections and changes are different
Errors against the agreed scope are corrected separately from revision rounds. New pages, features, or a changed direction after approval receive a written change estimate before work proceeds.
Written updates you can rely on
We aim to reply within two business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During an active build, you receive a weekly written update covering progress, decisions needed, and the next milestone.
Questions are welcome
A questionnaire starts the conversation. When something needs clarification, we ask in writing. You approve the brief, design, and final website before the next milestone proceeds.
