What these forms collect

When you submit a message, inquiry, or project brief, we collect the contact details, business information, answers, and optional files you choose to provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, sensitive personal records, or confidential customer information.

How information is used

Information is used to assess project fit, respond to questions, prepare a proposal, and plan or deliver agreed work. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Public portfolio use requires separate permission.

Storage and access

Submitted records and attachments are stored in the website’s hosted database and private file storage. A copy of your answers is sent to our Zoho Mail inbox for review, and we send a receipt to the email address you provide when delivery is available. Attachments remain in private file storage. Access is restricted to authorized studio personnel. Hosting and email providers process data to operate these services; their infrastructure may process it outside your location. Files are not posted to a public gallery.

Drafts and technical information

If you select “Save draft on this device,” your answers are stored in that browser until you remove the saved draft or submit successfully. This does not save attachments and does not send the draft to the studio. Avoid saving drafts on shared devices.

For abuse prevention, the website derives a short-lived hashed rate-limit key from the network address supplied by its host. Campaign labels in the page URL and the referring website’s origin may be saved with a submission. This build does not install advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Any future tracking requires a reviewed notice and appropriate controls before activation.

Retention and your requests

We aim to keep information only while needed for the inquiry, agreed work, recordkeeping, or applicable obligations. A formal retention schedule will be finalized before public launch. You may request access, correction, or deletion by writing to the studio. Identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements may affect the response.

Security

Access restrictions help protect submissions, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Only provide information needed to explain the project.
